For over a century, L'Oréal has been dedicated to a single mission: beauty

As a global leader in beauty and a pioneer in beauty technology, the group operates on all five continents, where more than 86,000 employees across 150 countries contribute to its global reach.

Promoting L'Oréal's work-study programs

L'Oréal has distinguished itself as a pioneer in developing its employer brand by launching innovative initiatives to attract top talent. Recognizing the potential of social media to communicate and promote its employer brand, L'Oréal turned to Bonanza.

As a result, several campaigns have been launched on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat to promote the group’s work-study career opportunities to students.

One of these campaigns highlighted the 31st edition of "Brandstorm," an immersive learning competition that prepares future change-makers for today's workforce. Participants were challenged to uncover the new codes of beauty using augmented reality, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and the metaverse.
