Sésame Autisme is a dedicated nonprofit organization that supports people with autism and their families in their daily lives. Based in the Rhône-Alpes region, near Chambéry, it makes it a priority to provide a safe and caring environment tailored to each individual’s specific needs. Its team, made up of qualified support staff, offers invaluable assistance in enhancing the independence and well-being of those it serves.
Reaching talent interested in social causes
To strengthen its teams, Sésame Autisme turned to Bonanza to attract qualified and empathetic support staff who are ready to commit to a permanent position. The social media campaign was optimized to raise awareness among potential candidates about the challenges of supporting people with autism, highlighting the proximity to Chambéry and the importance of a driver’s license (Class B) for the position.
Compelling Results for a Committed Hiring Process
The campaign reached a wide audience that was receptive to Sésame Autisme’s mission, yielding promising results. In numbers: 860,000 people were reached, 611 applications were received, and 133 pre-qualified candidates moved on to the recruitment process. These results fully met the objectives set by the association.
